In view of recent announcements from the UK Government concerning the spread of the coronavirus, we have asked the majority of our staff to begin a period of working from home. We remain fully operational. Our Wigan and Standish offices are staffed to manage phone calls and administration but are not open to the public. We have taken these measures to help safeguard the health of our staff, their families and our Clients.
Please be assured that these steps do not affect our ability to carry on our day to day business during normal working hours. All staff have the facility to work from home. To contact us please do so by calling our usual numbers and we will endeavour to route the call to the person you need to speak to. In the alternative please send an email direct to your usual contact If staff are unwell you will receive an out of office reply to your email and if that occurs please treat any email you have sent as unread and resend to another member of our team.
So far as possible please send all correspondence and related documentation to us by email only, unless hard copies are requested or are required due to the nature of the other documents. We do not accept service of documents by email or fax without our express written authority.
