Commercial Property Paralegal

We are looking to recruit a commercial property paralegal with approximately 2 years' experience of working in a similar role, with view to securing a training contract for our Wigan office.

This is a full-time role and would suit an applicant who has completed the LPC/SQE and has experience of working in commercial property law. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment, with clear opportunities for progression and development.

Working with a partner, the successful candidate would be expected to assist with:

• Drafting of commercial sale and purchase contracts, conditional contracts, option and development agreements
• Dealing with commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Dealing with developer land acquisitions and plot sales, and sales and refinancing of freehold & leasehold commercial premises
• Advising and negotiating on commercial leases for both landlord and tenant

The ideal candidate will have good time management and IT skills and should have experience in liaising with clients. Competitive salary.
