Tracey is a Conveyancing Executive with over 30 years' experience in residential property.

Rebekah Theistone

Rebekah qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and works alongside Vivienne in our busy family department.

Vivienne Atkinson

Vivienne qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, and handles a busy case load of children (including local authority applications and disputes between parents), divorce, separation, financial dispute and cohabitation matters. Vivienne is accredited by the Law Society Childrens' Panel.

Ian Armstrong

Ian is a Solicitor with over 35 years' experience in handling all aspects of property related work with a particular emphasis on commercial property.

James Armstrong

James qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and covers a busy portfolio of commercial and residential property transactions.

Helen Armstrong

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and works closely with clients in the preparation of their wills, powers of attorney, trusts and administration of estates.

He also has wide experience in all aspects of general civil litigation, including property cases of all kinds, disputes concerning Wills and estates and contractual and debt claims in both the High Court and County Courts.
